We are looking for operators.
We notice profiles with sustained execution, reliable delivery under pressure, sound judgement when information is incomplete, stamina across long horizons, calm under load, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to hold ambiguity and complexity without flattening it into theatre or easy stories.
Support group
We maintain a pool of people we may call on.
Apply if you might fit; we are interested in knowing advisors with experience in sustainability, impact, and development contexts, specialist consultants, technical contractors, product and experience designers, researchers and analysts, introducers, people experienced with governments, grants, and public funding, and people who can support finance, legal, regulatory, and go-to-market work when needed.
